After reviewing information presented elsewhere on this site (i.e. recording, editing, media transfer, CD manufacture and/or duplication) and have decided to proceed with your project, contact us via this page (see form at bottom of this page), by phone 423-246-2121 (leave message if no immediate answer), or e-mail at magneticmem@gmail.com, and let us know which services and/or products you are desiring.  We will then provide you with an estimate of what your project will cost.

Read more: let us know if you are desiring CD duplication, a recording project (recording session or live recording), media format conversion (e.g. LP, audiocassette, 78 rpm, etc. to CD), editing services, or graphics (CD label imprinting, jewel case inserts).  If you are then desiring to proceed with your project, do visit our Submissions page for more information.  

We will send you an invoice (electronic) once your project is completed and ready for shipment.  For most physical projects we recommend shipping via with USPS, as our projects usually qualify for shipment via Media Mail, which is less expensive than FedEx or UPS.  Similarly you may ship physical material to us via lower cost Media Mail.

You may also pay by personal or cashier’s check, or money order.  Personal checks will need cleared through our bank prior to shipment.   If your completed project can be shipped electronically, we will do so.   If you are contracting for recording services from us, we require 50% payment prior to beginning work.
